we r planning a june chalet gathering
n we would like to invite lingying to collaborate with us
pls help us ask ur members the following questions
n collate the number n names of ppl who will be going/wan go
asap
hopefully by end of april
or earlier
cos we r planning to book the chalet by start of may or end of april
the cost will be dependent on the number of ppl going
btw pls inform them that
once they tell us they wanna go n we book the chalet le
they cannot back out
or they have to pay
cos we book according to numbers
